Mary Smith is another amazing Gaelic Singer, she is otherwise known by her Gaelic name Mairi Nic a’ghobhainn.

Mary Smith was one of the very few singers that was involved with the Hebridean Celtic Festival ‘Atlantic Movement’ commission. This involved bringing 7 female singers from Cape Breton, Ireland, Wales and the Hebrides together with a small band of traditional musicians and together they shared the music from their homelands.
